STK Cellphone & 3G Mobile

I am extremely disadisappointed in STK's cellphone quality not to mention the pathetic after service I just experienced!!!

My husband had his phone now for a few months and it packed up for no reason, he's on the road all day and now I can't even get hold of him nor can he call any of his clients or even contact anyone for that matter if an emergency had to occur.

First you struggle to get any contact details of STK and when you eventually do get to speal to someone, all they tell you is "we DON'T deal with the public, go back to the store where you've bought it from".

That's not good enough for me as a customer who supported this product, and I feel that the public should know all this nonsense and hassles before investing in a bad product and even worse ......... the after service!!!
