Guy does not know what he is doing

I went with my bosses car to have measurements taken for a cover that needs to be made. We waited almost two weeks for the cover. When we got it it did not fit the car at all. So i had to take it back. The guy then promised me it will be done the next day. When i got it and fitted it to the car ot and was completely wrong. The roof was made to long. The seems that go accross the cover doesnt align at all. When i phoned him to tell him this i could not reach him. Cept going to voice mail. The work he did is unprofessional. No person in their right mind will ever eccept the work he did. He the phoned me back after alf a day. I explained to him whats going on. He said that he cant understand why its like that. Seriously??!! This is unacceptable. Now he wants me to wait another 2 weeks for him to make a new cover. This to me is a slap in the face. Seems to me he has no pride in his work.
