Bad workmanship by Stirling co/ heindo steelworks

Heinrich is the man's name who is working hand in hand with Remax estate. They contact Heinrich for Handy man jobs before the purchase by a new home owner. Heinrich was paid and tasked to fix a roof (double garage) which was not up to standard. He "fixed" it by patching up the roof with liquid rubber. I've contacted him on multiple occasions and he just ignores my calls and WhatsApps. The work was poorly done and I am having constant leaks when it rains. Be mindful of the people the estate agents use as they also look for an easy buck to fix problems.
