Poor service at Stipec Property Polokwane

I had the WORST experience of any estate agency. I was leasing a residential property with Stipec Properties in Polokwane from August 2019 until 31 May 2020. I am still waiting(for 3 months now) for my deposit refund or part of it to this day. I have made multiple follow up attempts to no avail. I would advise anyone who wishes to lease a property in Polokwane to stay way from this estate agency which is seeminy not capable of the upholding its own contact which clearly states that the deposit refund will be paid within 21 days of vacating the premises!
