Very disappointed

Alva Kalahari braai After battling to find spares , in particular the burners I was directed to the online store . Very difficult to navigate, eventually called the helpline and was told to purchase the stainless steel universal burners, I asked how they could be correct as the igniters would not fit but was assured they were correct and to call for assistance when fitting. . R 800 later I was told today they are wrong and would now need to pay approximately R1500 for the correct burners or use a lighter to ignite the braai.
