Shocking Service

o On The 6th may 2025 I bought an Alva Quartz Heater From Takealot. On The 8th July 2025 The One Element/Bar Packed Up.On The Takealot Website I was Instructed To Email *** which I did on the 9th July.I contacted Them on The 10th July and they informed me They Would get Back To Me Which They Never Did.I am still waiting for a reply to my Email
