Pure Pleasure Electric Blankets

Uncaring conduct towards customers. Not returning calls as promised.

I bought Pure Pleasure Electric Blankets at Game Store that got damaged three months later. It was under warranty when I returned them to Game Store for repairs. They refused to take them because of riots and claiming their policy didn't allow - suspecting it was part of looted items during the riots, regardless of the proof of purchase just prior to riots.

Monrhs later I took them back again with the help of my vocal neighbor, they accepted them and took them to the supplier. The response received from the shop was the warranty lapsed and that the technical report suggests I did not use them in a proper way, therefore it cannot be repaired or replaced. I feel saddened about the treatment by both the shop and supplier. The supplier always promises to get back to me, but never did. I'm sad and hurt about them.
