Excellent Customer Service from Stingray

I would like to commend Peter Herman from Stingray. He was the most pleasant person to deal with when it came to the return of my Alva heater bought from Game. The heater did not work as we expected. A technician was sent to our home to assist and finally the product was returned to Game, with no hassles. It is such great change to get excellent customer service, for a change. Well done Peter and team. keep up the great customer service.
