Do not buy an ALVA 3 panel HEATER

I made an account just leave a review. Bought a ALVA heater in 2021, and it has been in use in the cold cape town winters since then. last year and this year the front 'putty' around the panels had to be re-done because it crumbles and falls out. Now the heater stopped working all together.... DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. They used to be good, but my mother-in-laws gold air is almost 20 this year, still going strong. Customer service wants to charge R450 just to look at my heater. Rather buying a gold air.
