Disappointing product and service

I bought an Alva heater from Takealot - Stingray is the supplier. I only used it twice or three times and it went faulty and stopped working. I then email them to come to repair or replace the heater over a week ago and have phoned almost every day to follow up and they still haven't come to repair or replace it.
