Defective / Inferior Products

I bought a Pure Pleasure Electric Blanket from TakeAlot. The Supplier is Stingray. The product was defective and only lasted a week.

Stingray refused to replace the defective product saying it was my fault. I would like Stingray to send me proof, for I think they are hiding behind a defective product.

What I can’t understand, is they do so and willing to get exposed for a Mere R650.
