Avoid ALVA products

bought a alva product that doesn't work, after complaining on fb , got a call from a man whom insisted it does and tried to make me look like i i didn't do it right, explained that it doesn't work, man had no answer and was very argumentative, great way to handle a complaint. some serious work needed if this is how you handle complaints
