1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Delivery and Customer Service

I recently had a disappointing experience with mentioned company. Despite specifically requesting that delivery be scheduled before making any arrangements, my heater was delivered to my workplace without my knowledge or consent. This was not only inconvenient but also against my workplace's delivery policy.

To make matters worse, the customer service I received was subpar. My concerns were not addressed, and the entire transaction was handled poorly.

The only positive aspect was the refund, but it was not enough to make up for the frustrating experience.

Pros: Refund was processed

Cons: Poor communication, Delivery made without consent, Customer service was unhelpful

Recommendation: Improve customer service and communication to prevent similar experiences in the future.
