Poor srevice from Stimvak

I had put in a claim following an explosion at my home and my insurance called in Martie from Stimvak in Glenwood Durban to assess and replace damaged furniture. This was 5 months ago!!! To date I have been given 3 different dates for delivery of my newly upholstered and repaired furniture and of course they have been a no show each time! Martie is now avoiding my calls and even with my Insurance company getting involved she still will not deliver my furniture.
