STILES Menlyn Custommer Disservice

They advertised an enamelled steel bath. I bought an enamelled steel bathbfrom them. I paid for- and arranged for the delivery of said bath at a specific date and specific time. After two weeks of waiting, I have to follow up myself to find out why no delivery. I am told the manufacturer no longer makes enamelled steel baths. I spent teo additional weeks trying to find an alternative product from them, only to be met with stonewalling and delay tactics and finally I was outrightly ignored. The level of disrespect this company exhibits towards their customers is unbelievable. They seem to think theynare doing me a favor by taking my money and wasting my time. Avoid STILES if you want customer service and have the expectation of actually getting what you paid for.
