BE WARE - HIDDEN COSTS

I settled the full amount quoted for, but when the goods were to be delivered certain hidden costs, i.e. customs duties and taxes, were to be settled over and above the amounts quoted. This is prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act. It is however impossible to communicate with Stikets to lodge a complaint as they respond to all complaints in Spanish.
