Poor service

<p>After struggling with the semi-functional website for a few hours I managed to place an order of children's clothing. I was subsequently informed that two items were not available and offered a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>Despite numerous emails I have yet to receive any refund two weeks later. </p> <p> </p> <p>Super disappointed by the incompetence, lack of customer care and irritation of repeatedly having to ask for my money back epspecially in light of the fact that I paid for products which weren't even available! Wondering if this is part of a ****</p>
