totally disgusted with the service

After a good few reviews of the place I decide to go and experience it for myself today (valentine's day) with my partner. Appon arrival we were excited and ready to have an experience of a life time, we get there and there are only 1 waitress , then finally the one takes our order and brings our cooldrinks, after 40MINS we finally receive our food, once we started eating, I take a bite of the onion ring that's in the chips bowl... not long after that we notice a long black hair in our chips, we call the manager over immediately and request a new chips bowl, she brings a new one in the same bowl and I know it was the same bowl because the onion ring I bit on was still in the bowl... when we were paying I asked just out of curiosity about the same bowl and she called the lady from the back and she asked if she could replace the bowl for a second time... by this time I was totally disgusted and just wanted to leave... after all the good reviews I've heard from you guys I was utterly disappointed I came all the way from parow just to enjoy the food and I wasn't very happy.
