Sticky Digital - Sidekick watches

Terrible service. There web page said they would be able to assist me with purchase of Sidekick tracking watches for kids. To my dismay i paid them and 3 months later still do not have the product. The amounts of emails i have had to send asking feedback is exhausting. They suggested alternatives with not much feedback on the product when i queried it. I requested a refund and was told it would be done same day. To date not a single person contacted me regarding banking details. Again i had to follow up. No follow through on anything with them. So disheartening when people are all about the money and no longer about the service.
