The worst service I have ever received from a food joint

WHERE DO I EVEN START!?I waited 2 and a half hours for my food and called a million times, there phone was on voicemail then I had to call there cavendish square branch to get to a manager there to speak to the branch I ordered from then when they finally called back they offered to give me cooldrink to say sorry COOLDRINK!!????? Wow!!! I demanded wings and cooldrink and an apology they agreed ...45 mins later (addition to the two hours) they pull up with cold food..dry chips cold compensated wings, NO ONION RINGS WHICH WAS PART OF MY ORDER, a dry cold burger AND two cans of NO SUGAR coke ***???? I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY CUSTOMER WHO WORKS HARD FOR THEIR MONEY.
