Horrible Disgusting Experience

I purchased vouchers via hyperli to add to our holiday experience as an en route lunch stop....it was not a great start to say the least. Only one person operating restaurant as cashier and cash and waitress?? (She tried her best, but this is definitely due to poor management).This was Sat 1pm 18th March. I have eaten at other sticky BBQ restaurants and the food has been exceptionally good, so expected nothing less. Wanted to give fam a nice new experience, far from it. Firstly NO coldrinks? NO ribs? NO calamari? NO sirracha sauce? NO tomato sauce? The food was absolutely disgusting: if I was ordering firsthand then would have requested money back and sent food back and left, but felt stuck: We ate the chips, tried the chicken wings: ICE cold like it was literally taken from fridge- sooooo tasteless and definitely not fresh!!! disgusting. The cheeseburgers: they patty was the size and shape and taste of a meatball we took it with us: it had HUGE onion pieces in it? Cheese like plastic- did not melt? Awful and traumatic. Money, time, wasted. Felt embarrassed...NEVER EVER AGAIN. Quality appalling. Would appreciate compensation, but doubt it.... Actually I do think this place should be closed down: a health and safety hazard!
