My daughter ordered something from a long time ago so not the 1st time ordering. This time when ordered in Oct never received anything. When she called several times and sent messages no answer. She then sent messages on TIkTok but ignored her messages and then she sent some more. They responded sorry had personal problems will send with an extra gift to say sorry for delay. No parcel. My daughter called Fast way Couriers who said the parcel no is invalid ie does not exist. They then hid her comments on TikTok and ignored her comments but posted their new releases and answered other people's comments. Now they have turned off comments. This is NOt the way to run a business. If she had a problem communicate what happened. She is now looking very much like a *******!!! Her email address is: ***.
