No service and bad service

We got married on the 25th of April 2015 at St Fort in Clarens in the Freestate. We loved the venue but not what came with it. Conrad is included in the wedding package and deals with the caterers, d?cor and your nerves. We were scared at first because he kept on confusing my ideas and requests with another wedding. Even though we had everything we wanted on black and white, there were allot of things that didn't happen as planned. I'm sad that I can't have this day over and change all the wrong into right. I will never suggest anyone to get married there and make use of that wedding coordinator on that venue. I'm disappointed in their service and the way they dealt with their mistakes afterwards. No bride and groom should go through what we went through. Disgraceful.
