Disappointing treatment

VERY VERY disappointed with the customer service at the BRITS Ford. In fact customer relations is non existant. My 2014 model ford ecosport refused to start in front of my grandson's school 2 weeks ago. It was picked up by eagle towing and taken to BRITS Ford the Sa****ay morning 7th of May 2016. The Monday I took off work and asked somebody to take me to BRITS Ford. When I arrived there at approximately 12h00 they were not even aware that my car was with them! The workshop "manager"?, not sure what his exact job description is, promised to phone me in a hour. 16h30 that afternoon he phone me and said that my car has blown a gasket and they will start the warranty process. He further said that they do not have a courtesy car available for me. I explained that I am on my own and need the car to get to work. He said they should have the engine by the 11th of May install it the 12th and I would then get it the 13th of May. This is the schedule I had in mind and did my planning accordingly. On Friday the 13th at 15h30 I phone BRITS Ford and asked to speak to Pikkie. Pikkie then informed me that Ford warrantee wanted more photo's of the car. He repeated the same story that he will have the engine by the 18th and I could have my car by the 20th. AGAIN on the 20th I was the one who phoned BRITS Ford at 15h36. The receptionist tried to put me through to him and after being transferred from one to another I asked to speak to someone higher than Pikkie. I was put through to a Riaan went off towards him about the poor or actually non existent customer relations at their business. We are now on Monday the 23rd of May 13h39 - no word from any Ford person, NOT Pikkie NOT Riaan. F@ck the courtesy car don't you do courtesy calls either???????? Is this the type of service FORD delivers? When I was buying my FORD I was receiving endless CALLS. Maybe your workshop guys should be trained like your sales people. VERY VERY Disappointed!!!!!
