STEYN COETZEE FAILING THOSE UNDER DEBT REVIEW
VERY FRSUTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I am under debt review with Zero Debt and apparently these attorneys are the ones they utilise to go to court to apply for a customer's debt review administration. This company has failed to advise me that when they went to court to apply for my debt review court order , they did not apply for or ensure that the interest on all my accounts be frozen as was done in the past when I was previously under debt review. With my previous debt review company, I was able to complete the debt review repaymemt plan well before the projected 5 year period. I am now way past the 5 year mark with Zero Debt making a monthly payment of R5000 and I still owe every single creditor that I had on my court order despite some of these accounts only being for around R2500 or so. The failure to ensure interest is not app**** for debt review is making my life a msiery. When emails were sent to them , people reply and ask me to email other individuals with no response from them. They asked for me to supply firther documents after the initial court order to apply for the interest on my accounts to be frozen and no feedback was given after I submiited my documents to them. We expect that those employed by our debt review company to do what is required of them to alleviate the heavy burden of debt owing by working out a payment programme that will see a customer free of debt after a set period of time. I do not see any light at the end of my tunnel since all my creditors are applyimg interest to the amounts owing to them, I actually now owe them more that the principal debt stated on my court order......I FEEL ABSOLUTELY MISREPRESENTED. I am being harassed by third party debt collectors and am seeing statements from my creditors with these exorbitant monthly interest charges!!!! I demand an immediate response from Steyn Coetzee Attorneys with an attorney going back to the courts to ask the necessary authorities to review my case and apply the necessary administration orders as required for someone under debt review. If I receive no response , I am going to apply to the courts for this company to pay me for the interest being paid by me unduly as a debt review customer due to their inability to negotiate in my best interests. I will also explore the channels to lodge a complaint about their mismanagement of my case with the relevant legal bodies that monitor a company such as this. I am a simple individual committed to paying off my debt, not a ******** and therefore deserve to have fair transparent treatment.

Robbing the poor
I was informed by them that I was under debt review and they would remove it for a fee. I am paying all my creditors and technically am not able to pay all my creditors and I do not want to be under debt review. the debt review company that they are associted with has not responded to my e-mail yet. I am not willing to pay for my debt review to be removed if technically I am not under debt review. If they cannot remove me from debt review, I would like the company to consider other forms of debt relief.
