Terrible tree feller

<p>My neighbour recently decided to cut branches overhanging into his property.</p> <p>He contracted a tree feller company - Charl Steyn.</p> <p> </p> <p>My electrical fence was destroyed.</p> <p>After promising he could fix it himself, I never heard from him again.</p> <p>I subsequently paid for it to be done.</p> <p>I sent him the invoice to renumerate me. The response I got was not just that he wouldn't pay, but actually quite rude and appaulling!</p>
