Horrible

My car was taken in more than 3 weeks ago by Steyl Panel Beaters, due to a car accident. The damage to the car was valued at about R24 000. They first stated that it would take 5 days for the car to be repaired. We have been trying to get hold of them, and every time we are told that something else needs to be done. I was on hold for an hour yesterday and they could not give me a straight answers. Today I was told that it still needs to have other stuff done, so maybe it will be done sometime next week. I am utterly disgusted about the service at this company. All I have been trying to find out is how long it will take, as my daughter has to drive me to and from work, and she works shifts, and yet this company will not give me a straight answer. I am very disappointed in the service, and feel that this company should somehow drastically improve on their customer service, as that is a massive part of their job, and they will lose many customers because of this. This is horrific!
