I had a right hamstring muscle injury which stopped me from my love of running
I had a right hamstring muscle injury which stopped me from my love of running. I consulted Stewart physiotherapy for assistance and I had one on one session with physiothe****** Joshua Godden to assess the extent of the injury. We had muscle strengthening exercises session which unbelievably helped me recover well. Joshua is so knowledgeable and good at his work and has so much interest in the well being of his patients. Thanks a million for my hamstring injury recovery 🙏.
