Disgusted customer

I am absolutely disgusted my the service of the store and the Manager Danie. There sales person makes a mistake and we as customers have to pay..

When you first ask for assistant by management you are ignored then only when to contact head office does he only reply.

Now he is trying to sweep an error of a salesperson under the rug. Does he think because a am a woman I don't understand business or the way its works or very worse steel.
