Bad Service - Stewards & Lloyds - Wadeville

Ok so I went and buy some steel for a project on Friday 21/06/0219. Stewards & Lloyds give Free Delivery. Very Nice, But they don't tell you it is only for the next day ?? So please don't order steel and think it will be delivered same day. Well Since it is a Friday I arranged for the guys to be on site Saturday and the steel would be delivered. 9H00 I phoned to find out were is the delivery was. As per info from them they were at my premises for delivery. No One Home ?? and only my dogs Barking ?? I only have a CAT. On further query that the driver to describe the premises, I got an excuse that maybe he had the wrong address. ?? I cancelled the delivery at 11 o clock due to it was to late for the delivery and asked for first thing on Monday to be delivered..Monday Morning True to their bad service ,I phone around 09H10 to find out when I could expect my delivery. Hayword, sale guy said he will follow up and let me know. 11H00 I phoned again and speak to Anton , Operations manager and he informs me he does not know of any delivery??He will follow up and it is unacceptable. ? only get a call back 12H21 with the same old, " I am very sorry but when the 1st available bakkie comes in they will deliver. " I thought the bakkie were already loaded on Saturday for the original delivery??? This is the worst service ever and unfortunately not the 1st from them.
