The service is so so poor

The service is so so poor. Their inefficient. They take ages to sort out problems that they have caused. One of the instances was that they processed a transaction twice and it took them over a month to return the funds. Its not the first instance of money just disappearing from my account by their doing then they do or say nothing about it until you make a query. Thats very **********. It such an awful institution really
