Pathetic Service and Workmanship

<p>Worst service provider - Owner prashan totally disinterested and clueless about customer service, doesn't respond to issues, makes excuses and acts like he's doing you a favor when his gates fail and you can't enter your home. Terrible attitude and service to match- Puts phone down when you question him - says "it's not his job to fix issues he has staff for that!" ...Been waiting for a response 6 days numerous calls and emails made. They don't respond to issues during business hours either- says they close early so you must wait 3 days, just for a response - Shocking workmanship and standards (I have pics to prove) - stay away rather use a reputable company who won't hide if you have an issue. 1 Star is a compliment to them</p>
