Poor workmanship and no after sales service.

I contracted them to create a new gated entrance to my property. The gate is not square ie upright bars and parts of the frame are not vertical, but at a slight angle. Track that the gate runs on is not level. One of the rollers to support the gate was not operational from the start and it took him from 5 Sept when we started using it, to 12 Oct to revisit the site, despite many calls to him. By 10 Oct the gate was malfunctioning...attended on 12 Oct, but it is still not operating properly. On 11 October he advised that he is not prepared to attend to it any further and I must engage the manufacturer of the motor (Centurion) to have it attended to. Overall sloppy workmanship and non existent after sales service. He has no interest in following through to make sure that the matter is resolved. I would not consider using his services again.
