Poor service
It's the second time I took my bakkies for a service both times i had to take it back. I think if you pay over R13000 you expect good service. This time I took me IZUZU for a service the bakkie was dirty oil hand marks on the body. The ABS light stay on the liquid light goes on, the hand brake is not adjusted properly, now you have to have to go on leave with a bakkie in that condition. I sent an e mail but no response
I had to take the bakkie bakkie back for a second time. It cost me 3500 again. And the brakes are faulty. The bakkie came back the brakes was the same, I phoned Steve's auto clinic about 6 times every time theres a excuse that the managers not in, Flavio said he the manager will phone me back but never did. On 22/10/2020 I phoned again and the manager was not there, I had to take my bakkie to another workshop to sort out the brakes it cost me R 980. Still the manager did not phone me back.
If his never there maby that's why the service is so poor.
