Thanks for the TERRIBLE service Steves Auto Clinic PE

<p>On 21/01/2016 I sent my vehicle to Steves Auto Clinic PE for a service . I was told that the head gasket blew and had to be replaced. </p> <p>Car was released by SAC and I was assured that everything was now fixed. I then noticed that the car was leaking oil which has never happened before. The car was then taken back to SAC PE on 08/12/2016. SAC then advised that oil was in the water system of the car.</p> <p> Diagnosis was then given by SAC. According to SAC PE, the head gasket was fitted incorrectly which then damaged the sub assembly of the vehicle. SAC PE confirmed that the onus is on SAC for the damage to the vehicle.</p> <p>I was promised a courtesy vehicle, that never materialised. My car has been with SAC since 08/12/2016 and still have not received the car or the courtesy vehicle. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for the TERRIBLE service SAC PE. Thanks to your negligence I had to spend my December holiday without my car!!!!!! The curtosity vehicle i was promised.....im still waiting.</p> <p>I will not advise anybody to take their vehicles there....you will end up with a vehicle thats more damaged than when you took it there.</p>
