Terrible Service at Steve's Auto Port Elizabeth

Terrible service!!! Logged request on the Steve's auto website on 26 March for a quote for an engine fault on my Audi A3. No feedback received. Visited the Steve's Auto outlet in Greenbushes, Port Elizabeth on 27 March and explained the problem and requested them to provide a quote which they were going to do same day. Followed up on 28 March and they promised to provide it on the day. This didn't happen. Followed up again on 29 March and the same promises were made. Today is 01 April and no quote and no word from Steve's Auto! What poor service!! Steve's Auto - please remove this from your website: " The country’s leading high tech service centre". It is misleading...
