Steve’s Auto Nightmare

I’ve had better service than what I received. First off the technician or mechanic had this arrogant tone as if he was doing me a favour when I called to confirm what time I should collect the car as I needed a colleague to give me a lift. I think they believe when one takes a car to them it’s out of desperation and that they’re entitled to talk down to their customers as if their prices are cheap and they’re not that different to the main stream dealerships. Two the car was in for a normal service and after the service it leaked a bucket of oil which I discovered when I parked the car in my garage at home. And by the way it did not leak any oil whatsoever when I booked it in. In actual fact it was worse when it left Steves Auto Clinic in hughes than when it arrived. Do not put yourself through the aggravation. Their standards have dropped.
