Steve’s Auto Clinic Vanderbijlpark lies and takes money without delivering what they promised

Hi ? a month or so After I serviced my car a polo 1.2tdi Bluemotion at SAC VBP the ECU light on my car came on so I took it to SAC VBP and they told me its the catalytic converter and DPF is the cause or problem... they told me I have 2 options 1. Replace it or 2. Take it out... Option 1 will be expensive option 2 will be cheap and my car will perform better because they will also tune it so that i get better performance and fuel consumption... Option 2 sounds great ? much better than option 1 so I went with option 2 only to find out that my performance was not better afterwards it wasn’t even the same as before!!! It was worse alot worse!!! Over the past 4 years before option 2 the car did 20km/liter diesel or 5liter/100km... now after option 2 the electronics on the car can’t measure the feul consumption anymore dint ask me or them why!? Luckily I have been using a app on my iPhone that works out the fuel consumption... the car is currently giving 12.88km/liter diesel or 7.77liter/100km feul consumption that is 7.12 kilometer less than it did before option 2 or 2.77 liter more per 100km with the rising cost of diesel factored in it becomes alot more money to fill the tank then it used to before Option 2 from SAC VBP... I complained and took it back 3 times they did some tests every time and claimed it’s working beter and shoukd perform better and that I shoukd test it and call them if there’s problems and I did call them 5 times and they said they would call me back better never did until it was time to service my car or make more money!!! They never said ok lets fix it but back the catalytic converter and dpf... according to VW dealerships you are not supposed to do what SAC VBP did to my Bluemotion polo 1.2tdi... now I’m left with a car that’s also smoking and reeking of diesel it feels like im driving a tractor with the sound the car makes and the smoke and smell... what can I do get my car fixed back to the way it was without spending tons of money!? Steves Auto Clinic Vanderbijlpark manager even drove my car for a week to test it!!! How did he not pick on all the points above and except me to just accept according to him that there’s nothing wrong with my car!? Please help me!?
