Steve's Auto Clinic wont take responsibility

After I last reported them. We tried their Insurance to pay for defective workmanship.<br> No help and I am suppose to pay for a new ECU after 4 months, because somebody put the ECU in a plastic bag and it got water damaged and rusted.<br>
