Shocking service from Steve's Auto Clinic.

Firstly I had a intercooler and chip installed on my son's 4x4 Toyota KZTE, intercooler comes as a kit and one price supply and fit, when I collected the vehicle they added more money to the fixed quote and I was told this is due to no stock of the quoted scoop and another had to be fitted, well you know where I told them to stick it. They eventually gave in and I didn't pay extra. After thorough inspection at home, the scoop was poorly fitted. I modified it myself and fitted it properly.

I then removed the dash to replace the heater radiator and more shoddy workmanship, the chip module was forced in between the heater box and the cross tube from left to right, not secured at all, secondly there were bare wires, no tape no shrink wrap, nada. I took photos sent them to Shane at SAC,s Centurion, then called him, he said he would take it up with management and the installer and get back to me............ I'm still waiting, 2 months later...........I'm sorry this is not the service I expected as I've used them in the past and the service and workmanship were excellent. Maybe they think money grows on trees nowadays.

If this is how they treat people, then so be it, but I wouldn't send a donkey cart to them if they were the last on the planet.
