SAC Centurion very disappointing service overall.
This is a story most people will be eager to disagree. On the 22 of march 2022 I took my car for a minor service at SAC Centurion . I met with Shaun and informed him what I wanted done with the car. I also told him while he was filling in the job cut that my brakes are making a loud squealing noise.
On the same day of service, one of their mechanics "forgot to pump my brakes and ended up crashing my car in the workshop. Stephan the Manager accepted it was their fault/accident and told me they will be replacing my bumper and respraying it as soon as possible since it was a big inconvenience to me.
I test drove the car and was not satisfied with the loud noise from the brakes returned again the same day and they told me they missed it on their checklist/ jobcut.
Drove Back home and the car broke down on my way home I had to call road assistance from my insurance. The Radiator Fan was broken I suspect due to the engine overheating and the fan warping . They took no responsibility for the fan breaking after their so called lube service was done. It has been 3 weeks and my car is still at their workshop with no date of delivery or when I will be receiving my car back.
I took my car for a minor service and a lube service was done and everything got from bad to worse in 1day. I had to arrange a tow truck myself so I could meet them halfway because the area where I live is a high risk zone. I have been getting multiple excuses as to why they have not yet fixed their faults.
I deeply regret taking my car to SAC Centurion. They do not value their clientele and lack communication in all sectors of their team. I have sent multiple emails to their branch with no response. I have given up chasing after them for updates.
I advise people to look into their service history/ reviews online before taking their vehicles there.
