Poor workmanship

Yesterday (01/12/2015) i took in my car for a unichip to be fitted on it. The whole process took about 5 hours and was told its ready. on driving back home i noticed that the accelerator pedal was hard and the engine was sounding very throaty. upon inspection i found that the chip was placed behind the ecu and not *****ed on one side, which touched the pedal. in the engine bay i found that the air box was opened and never closed. you can imagine all the dust and other stuff that went into my engine as i drove for about 100km back home. although the fuel consumption has reduced i am just not happy about the workmanship. for a company with that kind of reputation this is just unacceptable
