Pathetic service

<p>Took my car in for macanical problems on the 18th Aug 2016 (Thursday) a week later i phone to find out about the progress on the service requested, (25th Aug) just to be told that the "Technician" is still in meetings.</p> <p>The reception was most eager to book the car in and full of promises.
