No client feedback

<p>On the 9th of October 2016 my dad popped in at Steve's Auto Clinic to enquire about a modification for my vehicle. He spoke to a gentleman by the name of Werner who informed him that a quote will be sent the following day as well as information regarding the proceeder. After great anticipation we have yet to received a quote nor further feedback or communication. During this waiting period I have followed up with Werner at least once a week with no luck or further information. As a company of such caliber I am disgusted / disappointed in the service or lack their of and highly suggest that management be brought up to speed.</p>
