MONEY HUNGRY / TERRIBLE SERVICES

Referring to the boksburg branch specifically.

At first when i took my vehicle the service was great and they were very happy to assist, they were able to identify the issue and was fixed within 2 days and then paid them a little over R 3200.00. After my vehicle was fixed the same issue happened again and got advised to take it back as there is a 20 000KM warranty on the work they do. When i returned my car back to them, I also asked them fix my light and breaks which i was happy to pay. after 3 days i called them saying I need my car. Now that there is no big amounts due to them all of a sudden they cant see/hear issue and not able to fix it. IT IS THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM AS BEFORE. I asked them please send a quotation on my lights and breaks. Three weeks later still have not heard from them, not once called me , i have to follow up. They did not even offer me a refund or a portion of the monies i paid to them. This is terrible service, when there is money due they quick to help when they must fix their mistakes. YOU DONT HEAR A WORD!!
