I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR DO WHAT I PAID YOU FOR

I took my jeep to Steven's auto clinic to get my EGR removed. first they phone and tell us that there is nothing wrong with my EGR but my turbo. (but my husband and I are qualify mechanics the only reason why we took our jeep to Stevens is because we do not have the soft wear to remove it ourselves) once we told them there is nothing wrong with the turbo and they must just do as we asked of them, they phoned back and said that there is nothing wrong with the turbo. so they said that we can come get the jeep by 4:30 when they close. so we got there paid them R5,700 for the removal of the EGR, drove 5km and saw the EGR fault light coming on again. now remember they closed. so we stopped and took a look under the hoot and guess what, the EGR WAS SMILING AT ME!!! BUT I JUST PAID SOMEONE TO REMOVE IT. so now when we phone and ask what the hell is going on, another surprise … the person that worked on the jeep IS DEAD!!! he cant be reached at all and took time off from work. SO CHRIS AT STEVEN'S PLEASE COME BACK TO WORK WE NEED YOU!!!!! I cant believe that a registered company is allowed to do this. and they are registered at RMI and still no one is doing their JOB is RMI not suppose to look into this
