The worst ever experience !!!!!! I had more problems with my car after taking my car to them than ever in my life dealing with any mechanical motor vehicle centre JUST ONE PROBLEM AFTER ANOTHER!!! They do not care: you are the dumb idiot they can laugh about and say one more sucker !!!

My vehicle issues: that Steves Auto Clinic caused

1. Started leaking oil in a matter of minutes if it’s standing for more 5 minutes, ( the feeding oil pipe was fastened with old copper washer and was the reason for the leak ) 2. Then it was leaked boost pressure. When it reached more than 2 000rpm it started screaming as if a fan belt was loose. ( Stephan said I can drive my vehicle like that it won’t break anything) Their mechanic after fixing one problem caused another: 3. My vehicle started shaking violently at 80km/h and at 100 km/h and the higher speed the worse it got to such a point that I felt the vehicle is unsafe to drive. Steves told me to bring the vehicle in so they can assess the damage and what caused it. (CV side shaft inner boot was taken of by them with out replacing the grease and boot was tightened with cable ties )

Steves Auto Clinic ( Centurion) Told me it could be a number of things: but their work can’t be the reason So they told me I must check wheel alignment , wheel balancing nothing got better. Fitted new tires problem still persisted. East Auto were actually the company that could help my vehicle to get it back to how it was (when I bought my vehicle originally and still is ) It cost me R 23 000 from tires with the labour and at the vehicle parts to the fixing the problems that Steves Auto Clinic created.

I had enough of their incompetence so I took my vehicle to a more trust worthy mechanic where my vehicle get serviced normally. The looked at my vehicle and the problems just got more and more as they inspected my vehicle.

So in my opinion I will never ever in good consciousness refer anybody to use Steve’s Auto Clinic’s service. I told them and they could see that I am in wheelchair and this is my only transport to go doctor appointments or any other means of getting around to do my normal day to day stuff.

It took them first time around 3 weeks and then to fix oil leak 4 hours and then to sort out the blowing noise that my vehicle never had it took them another 2 days and if I took my vehicle back for the violent shaking most probably another 2 or 3 days it you had to count it up I would have been with out transportation for a month or even more not to say the amount of money they cost at the end of the day.

I am not a millionaire to just spend money without a care in the world. I even called Stephan( Workshop manager at Steves Auto Clinic ) to just do the right thing and reimburse me for the money I lost of their incompetence, but as yet nothing from their side. It has been a nightmare to say the least. They had my vehicle from the 5th of June and gave up on them after the last problem I received it back from them. They just do not care and refused to refund me for all my extra money I had to spend since they put their hands on my poor vehicle. They don’t care even if you disabled and that is your only means of transportation.
