Horrible service

I took my car is for a services at the Kyalami branch on Tuesday and i was told i could collect the car at 4pm on the same day. I got a call at 3.30 to say my car would nit be ready the same day as promised. This cost me R800.00 in uber fees to go home and back to work again. Wednesday ai had to call them to followup abd they said they were busy with it no issues. My car was still not ready at 5 oclock. The guy had the audacity to tell me they keep your car for 2days because they are very busy. Thats what he should have told ne on day 1 and not taken my car on false pretence, that i would get my car back on the same day. The inconviniece and time lost cost me more than i thought i was saving by not taking my car to a dealership. Lesson learnt. At this point i cant even say they did all the staff they listed on their website for a major service as they take on more cares than they have capacity for.
