Horrible and disgusting service ever.

I had the worst and most horrible experience at Steve Auto Clinic Centurion. I send my Jeep in for a major service and a V-belt change, i dropped off the car at 7:30am. The first red flag came when i was called at 4pm to be told that my car is not ready and will only be finished the following day.

I went the following day to fetch the car and i was told everything is proper and the car is in tip top condition. When i drove out the first thing i heard was a loud squicky noise as i drive off. I thought because the v-belt is new it will stop after a while. The noise was non-stop and my dashboard was reflecting a message that my car is due for service even when it has just been serviced.

The *********** machanics at SAC Centurion did notallign the pulleys when fitting in the V-belt and did not update or reset the dashboard message with a diagnostic machine. This is the elementary mistake which can only be done by *********** machinics.

I took the car back for the above to be sorted and that is when i was told that the pulley is worn out and needs to be replaced. Mind you this is being picked up only on the second visit, i was not told this when i picked up the car the first time. My car actually came out worst off than when i send it in. It now illuminnated an engine sign on the dashboard and the squicky noise was now amplified. I suspect something malicious was done to my car. Like when you complain about your food order at a restuarnant and the waiter spit in your food at the back when correcting the order.

This was my worst experience at SAC Centurion, the most horrible experience and would never ever use tbeir service ever again.
