Damaged engine mount after engine repair

After a R41000 repair job and being without a car for a month, I discovered a damaged engine mount with oil leaking through a visible tear. The consultant (Shaun) was beating around a bush and very condescending, despite visible evidence on photos. Upon informing him that the mount was not aligned (installed incorrectly), he told me it can only go in one way, further insulting my intelligence. Now they want me to return the car, like a naive child, after such a disgusting experience. I had to keep following up and communication is very sp**** and meaningless. Hopefully the manager will make an effort to do something, but it doesn't look like they care about customer feedback. Shaun even told me he gave a good service, as if he is allowed to judge the service he delivered to me. The quality of the service is not yours to rate.
